It has been a great experience so far. Also, I can literally see their effort toward reinventing wheels to make this place better. They have been proving themselves through their actions , that they are invested in managing their property driven to build long-term relations with their tenants and desire to strengthen our ties within our community. Previously, management rotated quarterly, whereas Arrive Management Team has been consistent strong. In a very short period of time, they have made exponential improvements not just aesthetic structural improvements, but their professionalism, reliability, friendly and overall positive energy, has made our homes warm and welcoming. Thank you, to everyone on the Arrive Glenview Team, for wanting to keep us safe, by maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of our homes, strengthening our ties to our community and improving the quality of our lives.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesArrive Glenview Is Differen... — Arrive glenview is different now than before is much cleaner . They painted the walls and upgraded the number signs. There is a sign to find where to go on directions according to the numbers directions. They are changing and upgrading the old design . Recreation room is being fix painting and putting new wallpaper . Recreation room is much cleaner and organized. The floors in the hallway are clean and shiny. Management are helpful and approachable when needed. I’m very happy with this new management cause they know what they are supposed to do and well organized.

This happened about a month or 2 ago which they said they had to dry first then they would replace them. Didn’t hear from them for awhile so put in another work order and they had it replaced and repainted within a day Excellent work

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesDue To My Disappointment Wi... — Due to my disappointment with the several previous management companies we've had since I moved in and 2015, I was not expecting things to be different when the new folks Arrived. It's my pleasure to report, however, that I've been pleasantly surprised with all of the Arrive team -- front office, maintenance, cleaning and trash. Improvement projects are announced via email well in advance then they actually get done. If I need a special accommodation due to my disability, Jean and the staff do their very best to help. In the short space of several months, Arriving home daily to my apartment has become something I look forward to, not something I dread. If Arrive continues to do the excellent job they've made me come to expect, my annual scramble looking at other developments around each lease renewal time will not be necessary. Is Arrive perfect No, of course not. But if I have a problem, they listen and try their best to fix it. Please keep it up Arrive
